MEMaterial® is a database which relates process parameters to material properties. In the upper left, you see the material properties for this layer based on the process parameters (bottom). When one of the process parameters is changed, there is a corresponding change in the material properties. MEMaterial also plots 2D and 3D graphs of material properties as a function of process parameters. This helps in determining areas of rapid change in a property vs. areas of constant value. Users can also add their own materials and data to the database. |
